Day 1

Hoi An to Prao (150 KM)

On the way to the Monkey Mountain we visit an American military airport and a tea and coffee plantation, so you can taste freshly roasted local coffee. We drive on to Bahom, the village of the Co Tu population. Here you will learn more about the culture and customs of the Co Tu. After a hike along the Ho Chi Minh Trail we go to another Co Tu village, where we dine and spend the night with a local family.

Day 2

Prao to Hue (180 KM)

After a traditional local breakfast we explore a number of Co Tu farms and plantations. While driving over the Ho Chi Minh Trail, we cross the jungle and have fantastic views over the mountainous landscape at the border with Laos. After a hike in the jungle you can cool down in one of the many waterfalls. We continue our drive through the Shau valley to Hue. Every now and then you can catch a glimpse of the Perfume River.

The tour ends at your accommodation in Hue.
